OMG OMG OMG....

I'm driving home last night and I lost overdrive. Again. Got it home in "Limp Home Mode" where DH was able to "fix" it again. This morning, I called into work and told them I had to deal with my truck issues or who knows when I'd be back.

Well, I dealt with them from 8:30 am until 4:30 this afternoon.... Meet my brand new 2006 Nissan Sentra in Radium (?) with a whopping 52 miles on it.

We went to look at used cars - an 03 Diamante and an 05 Elantra to be exact. This is what we came home with. It goes back in next Friday for tint. Yay!

Hmmm...so that is what you do to get a new car...

All this time I thought it was the cat position.

Zombs, the cat position gets you many things, but not cars (babies come to mind).

Great car, Momma! Love the color!

VEry nice, Momma. I share your pain with the car troubles.

I decided this time I am going to get my dream vehicle. I am going to get exactly what I want, and I'm not going to settle for anything less. *grin* Thankfully I can drive my mom's car for as long as I want (gotta love AugieDad) so I have time to search.

So I'm still waiting to hear details on the new ride. Is it comfy? Do you feel safe? What's the gas mileage like?

Chris and I are always looking for reviews on small, reasonably priced vehicles for commuting.

Way to go. I think I have a couple problems I'd like you to assist with solving.
